Simmons, Jannace & Stagg announced that Bon Jour Group, Ltd., the maker of Bon Jour jeans, has retained the firm to represent it in a multi-million dollar lawsuit. In the suit, Bon Jour Group alleges the breach of a sublicense agreement to produce pocketbooks bearing the Bon Jour name. Bon Jour Group, Ltd. licenses the name Bon Jour on various jeans products and accessories. The suit is venued in the New York State Supreme Court.
