SIMMONS, JANNACE & STAGG ACQUIRES 14,000 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING IN SYOSSET

November 15, 2004 East Meadow, New York

Simmons, Jannace & Stagg, L.L.P. announced that it has acquired a 14,000 square foot building in Syosset, New York, which it intends to occupy in March 2005. The acquisition was driven by the need for space to service the firm’s expanding client base. The firm will relocate from its present headquarters location in East Meadow, New York and will occupy most of the Syosset building, along with two other law firms and a securities firm. Simmons Jannace & Stagg’s managing partner, Steven D. Jannace, said that the firm outgrew its current space. The new facility allows the firm to build a state-of-the-art facility to accommodate the diverse needs of the firm’s clients. In addition, acquisition will permit future savings of overhead and allow the firm to continue to deliver exceptional legal services at reasonable rates.
