Daniel P. Gregory has been named partner at Simmons, Jannace & Stagg, LLP. He had been an associate with the firm since 2001.

Mr. Gregory is an experienced trial attorney who concentrates his practice in the area of general liability defense. He has broad experience with premises liability, products liability, labor law, false arrest, malicious prosecution, defamation, motor vehicle law, subrogation, assault and the Dram Shop Act. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey state courts and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.

He received his undergraduate degree from Hofstra University in 1990, earned a masters degree from New York University in 1992 and obtained his law degree from New York Law School in 1995, where he was Notes and Comments Editor of the New York Law School Journal of Human Rights.
