Debra Lynne Wabnik has been named partner at Simmons, Jannace & Stagg, LLP. She had been an associate with the firm since its inception in 1995.

Ms. Wabnik’s practice includes Commercial Litigation, Banking Litigation, and Employment Litigation. She has extensive experience with check fraud, credit card, Truth in Lending, and employment discrimination litigation. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey state courts and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of Connecticut, and the District of New Jersey.

She received her undergraduate degree from Binghamton University in 1990, and obtained her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1993, where she was editor of the Hofstra Entertainment & Copyright Law Digest and a member of the Hofstra Labor Law Journal.
