Susan B. Jannace

Ms. Jannace graduated from Hofstra University School of Law (J.D. with distinction, May 1992). At Hofstra, she graduated third in her class, was Managing Editor of the Hofstra Law Review , and received the Robin Dana Cohen Memorial Award. In addition to her law degree, she holds a B.A. in Psychology (magna cum laude) and an M.B.A. (with distinction) from Hofstra University. She is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. She is admitted in New York and Eastern and Southern District Courts.

Ms. Jannace specializes in corporate, real estate, and labor and employment law. Her corporate experience includes the formation and sale of businesses, such as professional corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and not-for-profit organizations. She has acted as General Counsel for several small corporations.

Ms. Jannace also regularly advises clients on a variety of labor and employment matters, and has lectured on these issues as well. She has prepared many employee handbooks for management and policy manuals for boards of education.
